I’m Eithne (Eth-ne.)

I got into yoga after a knee injury—a torn ligament, to be precise. My doctor suggested yoga as part of my recovery, and wow, was he right! Seven years and four teacher training certifications later, I'm absolutely thrilled I took his advice.

I teach a mix of styles including Vinyasa, Power, Rocket, Yin, and Restorative yoga, and I’m also trained in Pre and Postnatal yoga. So, for all you soon-to-be mums, keep your eyes peeled for my 'mummy to be' bundle!

My classes are all about empowering you and fostering positivity, ensuring you get a well-rounded practice every time. We usually spice things up in our weekly live sessions by focusing on Vinyasa, setting a new challenging 'peak pose' each month to keep things exciting.
